Honeymoon Salad

1 sm pkg (3oz) lemon Jell-o –1 cup hot water –dissolve and cool                

3 oz pkg cream cheese                       

1 sm can of crushed pineapples

1sm can of carnation evaporated milk 

2 tbs lemon juice

¼ cup sugar                                     

 ½ cup   pecans

 

Beat softened cream cheese, gradually adding chilled carnation milk, sugar and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Add cooled jell-o, crushed pineapples and pecans. Mix well and refrigerate.
